Liverpool Central is in need of redevelopment and expansion. These visuals show the creation of a new Liverpool Central Underground Station beneath Church st. Utilising the current Lloyds TSB building at Street Level for Concourse, the station would include 4 platforms allowing the Northern Line to be uninterupted by terminating Ormskirk services and future Skelmersdale/expanded route services.
